About the project
INSHUR provides fast and flexible digital insurance solutions for drivers, including private hire and delivery services. Their previous website had two main issues: it lacked the branding to communicate effectively with their audience, and it suffered from poor user experience, leading to suboptimal conversion rates.
So, we worked with INSHUR to elevate their brand and created a new website to improve the user experience for both B2B and B2C audiences. The site now features a modern design with audience-specific colours and areas, refined typography, and imagery reflecting INSHUR's identity.
These visual improvements are underpinned by a strategic approach to user experience and information architecture. The website is now optimised for both drivers and corporate clients, allowing them to easily evaluate INSHUR's solutions and ultimately convert. This redesign not only showcases INSHUR's brand more effectively but also streamlines the path to conversion for all users.
